The Croatian national football team, led by Luka Modric, recently visited the Giza Pyramids during their participation in the Cairo Cup Football Championship in Egypt. They were accompanied by a guide who explained the historical significance and construction techniques of the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx. The players were visibly impressed by the ancient wonders and even took some time to kick a football around in front of the pyramids.
